Orders

Creating an account allows you to have a more seamless experience. When you have an account, you can: store your billing address, add multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status, and even create a wish list that you can share with friends! Also, we can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy. Just click here to create your account.

We strive to have all orders picked, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it! So, we start processing the moment you click 'Place Order'. With that in mind, once your order is placed, we are not able to cancel or change your order. Don't worry, we can process your order as a return once it has been delivered. Please see the return policy for additional information if a return is still needed.

You will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your order.

There are usually two reasons for not receiving an email: 1. you may have an outdated email address on file, or 2. you may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from reaching you.

We will process a return 14 - 21 days after we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Once approved for a refund, returns will be refunded in the form of store credit redeemable at greatiumall.com. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please contact a Greatium Customer Support representative right away and we’ll help you out. Click here to view our returns/exchange policy and instructions. We must receive all returns and exchanges (including the replacements of missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. Greatium may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so make sure that your email address is accurate and current.

Most of our products have the dimensions listed but if you need to know details that are not listed, please contact us and we will find out the information and update our website accordingly.

Shipping

We ship Devices from China to worldwide.

We don’t ship to PO Boxes due to the dimensions and weight of our products.

We offer free shipping for orders over $200.00 (Only Some Country). There’s a flat rate of $48.0 for orders up to $200.

The shipment of most products can take up to 15-25 business days. For a more accurate estimate, please check details on the product’s page on greatiumall.com

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you never received it from greatiumall.com, contact a Customer Support representative immediately.

If you have a Greatiumall account online, you can check the status of your order and track the shipment through your account. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can track it online.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 3-4 days to update from the time the shipment was initiated.

Pre-sale items allow you to place a hold on items before they actually make it into inventory. These items won’t ship until after they become available. If you’re curious about the projected ship date of a specific item, you can always find it on the product page.

Refunds take 2-3 business days to be processed. Depending on the bank, some refunds may require an additional 5-7 business days to be reflected.
